They come with full absorbency, just like a nappy. They can also be used as a training nappy as they can be pulled up and down like undies, just add a smaller amount of absorbency to catch any accidents. The stretchy side tabs combined with the front and back elastics allows for a lot of stretch making pulling up easy as!
