Courier Return Label

If you didn't love one of both of your trial nappies, please return them to us for the refund of your $20 bond. 

• Select the right bag size for your package, you can use any kind of bag securely taped to the right size. 
• You will be emailed a label which needs to the printed and taped to the bag
  
• You will be emailed a link to book collection from your doorstep/letterbox
• If you live at the rural address, you will need to drop the package off at any posthaste depot or drop off point. You can find your local point here.

Purchasing a label with us means we can track the progress of your return. But you are also welcome to drop off (Belmont , Lower Hutt), or use your own courier service if you prefer.

Please note:

• Label will not be emailed automatically, we will manually create your label and send it to you within 24 hours. 
• Collection takes 48 hours from booking
• If courier attempts pick up and the item is not available, they will cancel the booking. If this happens, please just rebook and they will come back.
