If your baby has been born weighing less than 3kg or more than 4.5kg there are a few nappies at each end of the spectrum that may not fit well. To make this right, so you can get the most from your hire period, we will send you some replacements and a return courier label.
The returned nappies must NOT have been used by your baby, it's ok if you have washed them.'
This service is only for full-time Newborn Hire Pack not Half-packs.
You will be sent appropriate swaps based on the hire pack you initially booked, along with a list of the nappies which need to be returned to us.
There is no charge for this service other than one-way shipping
If you have a rural address, or an address not serviced by Urban Posthaste, you (Or someone else!) will need to drop the return nappies into a Posthaste depot, or a posthaste drop off point.
If your baby weighs between 3kg and 6kg, all of the nappies in your hire pack should fit, so this swap service will not be right for you. We are however very happy to help with your fit, so please get in touch!
